An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join the team at Gosforth.
As Receptionist you will play a key role, supporting the Clinical Team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction. You will be welcoming customers into the Clinic, and as such, the face of the team.
Your main duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answering the telephone
- Booking appointments and collecting payments
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Assisting clients in completing paperwork
- Sales of beauty products
An ideal Receptionist will hold the following skills and experiences:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
- Previous experience of Reception duties in the beauty industry is desirable
- A people person
The working hours are negotiable, as with extended hours we require two applicants to cover all clinic times.
