The Courtyard Restaurant is a casual daytime restaurant with an extensive terrace for al-fresco dining. It offers our guests a range of experiences from a quick bite to a celebration lunch; coffee and cake to an opulent afternoon tea. The atmosphere is vibrant, with a buzz that matches the high volume and high paced environment. In the evening, the pace slows a little to provide high quality bistro dining, full of charm and intrigue to suit the surroundings.

We are looking for a someone who loves great service and enjoys engaging with people from all walks of life. You will be used to working in a fast paced environment that looks after large numbers of customers on a regular basis. This role is varied and flexible, offering a range of shifts to compliment and appropriate work life balance. You will be naturally calm under pressure and be able to strike up a conversation and be comfortable with upselling. We want our customers to have the very best time while dining with us and so guest care needs to be equally as high in your skillset. You will thrive on being high energy, service orientated and naturally engaging even on the busiest of days and relish in the challenge of delivering a luxury dining experience.

There is no express need for experience to apply for this role, it is more about your attitude and approach than your experience. That said having a hospitality background is likely to be beneficial. This role does involve regular evening and weekend working.
