We’re seeking a future team member for the role of EMEA BUSINESS MANAGEMENT to join our Markets & Execution Services team. This role is located in London and will be Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Support the Head of Business Management with day-to-day regional business management activity
• Help prepare regular and adhoc presentations
• Planning and tactical project management
• Manage central talent and recruiting activities
• Co-ordinate key enterprise initiatives forward on behalf of the Markets & Execution Services business
• Facilities management and location strategy
• Support the overarching employee engagement framework
• Represent Markets & Execution Services at appropriate International Business Management (CAO) forums
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders within Markets line of business and peers and key stakeholders in EMEA.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong time management skills, including the ability to work on simultaneous items across multiple stakeholders with short lead times
• Strong influencing skills, including ability to articulate complex issues and incorporate feedback
• Ability to create and maintain organization of many ongoing initiatives
• PC skills: Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Willingness to learn, develop, and take on additional responsibilities when required
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
