Company description

Location: Remote

Employment type: Permanent, full time

Additional benefits: Annual bonus

Solution bringers. Day makers. Extra milers. We are the AA. And we keep everyone’s show on the road. There for our members wherever and whenever they need us, we’re always ready for anything. That’s why, for over 100 years, we’ve continued to evolve and adapt. Today, as the nation’s number one motoring organisation, we offer a range of excellent products and services to millions of customers. As a Recruitment Marketing Manager, you’ll join our exciting journey to fulfil our future vision. We aim to support the UK’s 17m drivers and to facilitate their driving lives through data and innovation; to succeed with this, we require a step-change in pace and thinking. Join us as we transform and deliver on this ambitious vision.

This is the job

This is a super exciting time to be joining the Talent Acquisition team in a newly created role. We’re a forward thinking, innovative, award winning Talent Acquisition team and we’re achieving some great things. We deliver a quick and slick Talent Acquisition service, creating solutions for our stakeholders to deliver business critical hires on time and on budget. As we strengthen our service offering, we’re now looking for a Recruitment Marketing Manager to join our team. Someone who can make sense of the rapidly changing labour market and can create innovative routes to market that will enable us to attract and retain the best talent, at pace. It’s a critical role that will take our Talent Acquisition offering to the next level.

What will I be doing?

You’ll support our recruitment marketing activity across all of our volume and specialist hiring. Using the data, you’ll be agile in turning up what is working and switching off what is not, and will effectively evidence ROI. You’ll work with the team to support their business areas with attraction solutions, working with them to present back to stakeholders from across the business. You’ll produce compelling content to sell our EVP, working with third party suppliers where needed in order to maximise efficacy. You’ll work through all of the stages of the candidate journey from awareness all the way through to hire, activating the different channels to produce the optimum results.

What do I need?

You’ll be:

  • An attraction connoisseur: you’ll understand both passive and active talent and will know how to appeal to both audiences across a broad range of verticals. Whether it’s online or out of home you’re an expert, and attracting diverse talent is your bag.
  • An innovator: you’ll have the ability to think outside of the box and to deliver creative, smart, cutting-edge attraction solutions and maximising ROI. Like pulling a rabbit out of a hat, if you will.
  • A brand guardian: copy writing and producing content in line with our brand guidelines will be easy for you. Maintaining our employer brand will be sacred to you.
  • A data guru: you’ll be comfortable interpreting and analysing data; in fact you’ll be obsessive over it. It’s all about the metrics, right?

An accomplished presenter: you’ll be able to present technical data simply, and to use it to educate and influence stakeholders.

Additional Information

  • Diverse learning and development opportunities to support you to progress in your career
  • 25 days annual leave
  • Free AA breakdown membership after 12 months, 50% discount in your first year
  • Discounts on AA products including car and home insurance
  • Employee discount scheme that gives you access to a car salary sacrifice scheme plus great discounts on healthcare, shopping, holidays and more
  • Worksave pension scheme with up to 7% employer contribution
  • Dedicated Employee Assistance Programme and a 24/7 remote GP service for you and your family

Plus, so much more!

We have five communities to bring together people with shared characteristics and backgrounds and drive positive change.

As part of the onboarding process, we complete several pre-employment checks including work reference, credit and criminal record checks.

We may close the vacancy sooner than the advertised date if we get a high volume of applications, please apply now if you are interested.
