At Thai Express we do it fresh, fast, and tasty! Our recipes are authentic and we use the freshest ingredients and state of the art equipment to bring every customer the best experience from start to finish. We take great pride in what we do and cook all our dishes in an open kitchen so customers can view the whole process
We’re looking for a kitchen assistant/chef to join our Wimbely BoxPark Location. This is the chance to be a part of something innovative, inspirational, and exciting. All staff is treated like family and we create a pleasurable work environment where you can grow, learn and excel.
Your Role: We are looking for someone with a passion for the industry that has a hands-on approach to work. A good team player to be part of a family environment and to work to the highest possible standard.
Our Requirements:
- Kitchen skills are mandatory.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent team player
- Excellent verbal communication
- Maintain a good level of personal hygiene.
- Must be flexible to work suitable shift patterns
- Shows initiative and willingness to learn
- Sets an example to others
- Passionate about Thai Express and representing the Brand
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality/catering industry is not mandatory but advantageous
- Ability to build strong relationships with our customers
- An understanding of Food, Health & Safety
- You must be eligible to work in the UK
