Home/ Live in Care Worker

Tetra Live-in Care (TLC) is recruiting for motivated and empathetic personal assistants to join our team of trained staff as Home/ Live in Care Workers. In return you’ll earn a starting salary of £850 per 7-day shift plus an £10daily food allowance.

We specialize in the 24-hour live-in care of clients with spinal cord injuries. Our clients are based across the UK, however mainly located in London and the South-East. The ethos is of the company is to provide quality care to our clients, whilst we invest time in supporting both the client our excellent team of assistants.

Our is focus is on providing person-centered care and we work closely with our personal assistants to develop positive working relationships with those we look after and also within the TLC team. Our staff enjoy working at TLC and feel valued and supported as they work for us.

We are a small agency that has been running since 2013, offering bespoke care packages for our clients. The founder, who has a spinal cord injury himself, has had 20 years working closely with personal assistants and understands the benefits of having a dedicated support network of personal assistants and the importance that they have the support of their agency.

What we’re looking for in our Home/ Live in Care Worker:

Applicants would need to be willing to work with a client in their home for periods between 1 and 3 weeks (usually 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off). Live-in care positions can be highly rewarding. These roles are best suited to those who have a willingness to support individuals with high dependency needs and that have a genuinely caring nature.

Live in Care, and particularly spinal experience is ideal, however not necessary as full training is provided. We regularly run trainings in central London however in the current situation we will be delivering our training online.

We are recruiting both male and female assistants, however due to clients circumstances we are have several vacancies for female personal assistants.

Please note it is essential for our Home/ Live in Care Worker to hold a driving license.

• Full Driving License

• English language
