A successful candidate will have a proven track record for delivering service excellence, managing suppliers and driving continuous improvement. Ideally that will be in a People Operations environment, though that is not essential.

The ability to develop and maintain relationships is essential – and ideally, you’ll have experience of doing that both internally to an organisation but also with 3rd parties.

Developing and managing the team is core to the role, so a curiosity about people and track record of getting the best from the team is key.
