Office Administrator
TAG Forklift Trucks have an exciting new opportunity for a Office Administrator to join a fast-growing independent materials handling business in the North West. This opportunity for any candidate who is focused on growing in the service sector and would like an opportunity to work on supporting the continued growth of TAG. The role will be supporting with existing and new customers.

TAG Forklift Truck Services is a leading independent provider for hire, sales and service of all materials handling equipment to the North West of England. Salary/Benefits
- £24,000 per year
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Deal with all general enquiries
- Support Hire Department
- Support Service Department
- Support with Health & Safety
- Create and send invoices
- Credit Control
- Log breakdowns from customers
- Raise purchase order numbers
- Log supplier invoices
- Communicate with the workshop team and office to ensure maximum efficiency and meeting deadlines
- Other general office tasks and administrative help
Personal Qualities
- Ideally relevant background and experience within the materials handling or plant industry
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under own initiative
- Good geographic knowledge
