Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer - Permanent Division

Location: Greenhithe/Dartford, DA2

Salary: Up to £24k (DOE) + commission

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Resourcer to join our longstanding “Permanent Recruitment” team here at Swanstaff.

We are happy to consider an experienced Resourcer who already works within recruitment or someone from a sales background who is looking to break into the world of recruitment!

You will just need to be someone who is enthusiastic, keen to learn and happy communicating with candidates and clients!

What you will be doing day to day:

• Sourcing your own candidates to build up your own network from a variety of sources which will include job boards and our own database.
• Finding the right candidate for the job
• Building good relationships with new and old clients and candidates, and getting a good understanding of their needs
• Marketing your own job adverts to gain online exposure
• Ensuring daily targets are met.
• Arranging and preparing candidates to attend interviews as well as sending out interview confirmations.

What you will need to become a successful Resourcer:

• Drive – you will be highly motivated and ambitious.
• Confident communicator – you will need to be able to speak to people from all walks of life!
• Target driven – weekly targets include number of CV’s submitted to clients and number of interviews per week.
• An outgoing personality.
• An ability to build rapport with everyone you speak to.
• Not afraid of working hard towards targets.
• You will need to be highly organised – many things happen at the same time in recruitment, you will need to stay on top of this.
• A good level of English and Maths is essential for this role.
