Job Purpose

The primary purpose of the role is to co-ordinate and support activities across Retail ensuring a cohesive and efficient operation by supporting the Store Operations team and the Regional General Managers.

Key Responsibilities

Organising travel and accommodation for Store teams, RGM’s, Area Managers and Support Functions. Ensure consistency of Corporate rates and agreements and effectively communicate with Head Office
Support the business O+O strategy through central admin support of Hub stores, store to door and pick from store.
Managing the Regional cost centres and support with cost approvals and savings. Specifically Security Radios and Hotel invoices.
Work closely with the Store Operations team to drive effectiveness in communication, collations and feedback.
Support the collation of shrinkage related programme information and action plans.
Co-ordination and tracking of Audit letters to drive consistency of store standards.
Any other task as requested to support the Operations team e.g. Bookings for conferences, routes, rotas, holiday management, hire cars and vans.

Person Specification

Experience working in fast paced retail office environment
Excellent organisational and communication skills: written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work to deadline and prioritise workload
Able to work both following process and using own initiative
Flexible and adaptable
Team Player
Confident energetic approach
Excellent PC skills – Microsoft Office packages especially Excel.
