As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer at Subsea7, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engineering solutions for a wide range of mechanical projects, including Pipelay, Crane and ROV systems, back deck equipment for ships, and offshore mechanical handling systems.

What will you be doing?

• Utilise your expertise in mechanical engineering, adhering to design codes, legislative requirements, and best practices
• Deliver high-quality engineering solutions, including reports, calculations, specifications, procedures, analyses, and more
• Conduct analysis and design using advanced software packages
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, client specifications, and scopes of work
• Prepare and review design documentation, feasibility reports, and equipment specifications
• Collaborate with various stakeholders and understand project interfaces
• Occasionally work on-site or offshore

What experience would we like you to have?

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field
• General awareness of the marine and/or oil and gas industry
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, FS2000, ANSYS, or similar software
• Keen interest in working towards professional chartered status
