Reports to:

Claims Manager

Main Purpose of Role:

Handling your own pre-litigated caseload (within a corporate client specific motor claims handling team) of claims brought by third parties and their representatives for motor and property losses.

Core Responsibilities:

• Opening and then dealing with claims using our bespoke case management system;

• Conducting initial enquiries and investigations as appropriate;

• Intervention process to support third party repair and hire and instruct our service provision partners

• Ensure full compliance with all office protocols client service level agreements;

• Achieving on all own handled claims 100% data integrity compliance using our bespoke case management system;

• Full compliance with all financial transactions/Solicitors Accounts Rules;

• Undertaking full validation process of claims presented
