Key Responsibilities
- Send invoices on a daily basis once all details have been verified
- Transfer batches into Opera to appear in ageing report on a Daily basis
- Post cheques when received in Opera
- Post BACS payments in Opera
- Check the bank statements and post and allocate the credit card payments in our PMS system
- Assist reservations and events department with any billing queries
- Check the ME billing as per contract terms
