An amazing opportunity for a General Manager to join the Bull, Norwich.
This is a new business just outside Norwich town centre in the heart of the community of Hellesdon which is 5 mins away from Norwich airport, this business has just had £500k investment and looking for a Strong General Manager who has a track record of developing a business.
The Bull is a two bar operation that is predominantly a food led business and very much a local pub with activities with the weekly Sunday quiz and live sports across the business, this is a strong seasonal business with a large external bar in the garden with a children play area.
The Successful applicant must have experience in building a strong team and managing a food led business in the local community

As a General Manager, you will need to be able to demonstrate great leadership skills and the ability to build a high performing team in order to control, develop and improve all aspects of the business including: P&L, people, standards, legal compliance, service and brand integrity
