Staycity Group is Europe’s fastest growing Aparthotel operator. A hyper growth company, with an average of 10 new aparthotels opening annually. We have 32 fantastic properties across European locations including London, Dublin, Berlin, Edinburgh, Paris, Venice.

We’re looking for a Senior HRBP to join our brilliant People Team based in London, Dublin or Europe (travelling regularly to our other properties). We are looking for someone who is a curious, empathetic learner, who loves to coach people and figure out how to do things quickly, clearly, with kindness whilst having fun! You’ll be encouraged to try new things and you’ll be supported to learn, grow and take risks.
You’ll be working closely with our General Managers across our 32 properties. If you love coaching, training, collaborating and figuring things out on the fly (with data!) you’ll thrive here.

Ideally you will have the following:

• 8 years + experience as a HRBP or HR Manager, coaching Leaders and Managers, resolving problems and changing peoples minds with data!
• Ability to work through ambiguity with kindness and clarity
• Experience creating and delivering world class training
• Ability to make data led decisions and influence Leaders
• A passion for learning and developing (changing your own mind is important too!)
• Pace; We are growing and move quickly!
• A belief that variety is the spice of life! This is a really exciting varied role
• Excellent communication skills
