St Matthews Healthcare is one of the largest mental health service providers in Northamptonshire with locations stretching across West Midlands and East Sussex. An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of a Unit Administrator based at The Dallingtons
The key responsibilities of the role are:
· Provide general, comprehensive, and flexible administrative services to the organisation, ensuring discretion and confidentiality always and act as the Administrator.
· Create rotas using eRota and manage HR Compliance for all employees( need to have experience)
· Manage new starters and process any checks as required; enrol new starters on company systems.
· Be responsible for the accurate and timely distribution of all appropriate documentation.
· Be responsible for processing staff leaving the Organisation.
