Accounts Assitant - Hours and Pay Negotiable (Pro Rata)
St Andrews Timber is looking to expand the existing team at head office.
The successful candidate would work directly with the Finance Manager and assist with bank reconciliations, Accruals, prepayments, Fixed Asset registers, Compliance, Card Statement Reconcilition, journals and reconciling control accounts. You must have a general understanding of all aspects of the sales, purchase and nominal ledgers. A good knowledge of excel is essential and any tasks relevant to the finance and administration function of the business.
Experience within an account’s role is vital.
Computer literate, with experience in Microsoft Office packages.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise workload and work under minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You will report directly to the Finance Manager
Salary wil be dependant on experience and hours
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
