Specsavers Rushden first opened its doors in 2009 and since then has gone from strength to strength, making a name in the local community as the number one provider of health care and customer service. Located on the main high street, enjoying a prominent location with guaranteed footfall, Rushden is fully kitted with the latest equipment and technology, including two OCT machines. Split across two floors, the store feels spacious, and offers Audiology services, plus a on site lab. The store benefits from high weekly turnover thanks to its high Operating profit, driven by the current partners and the fantastic team that are being grown and developed in this highly attractive business.

Requirements of the role

Alongside being an existing retailer with a strong and proven background within optics, you will also have the drive, passion and willingness to ensure a customer-focused team and role model high standards to continue the success of this store. As the new Retail Partner, you will be able to provide a unique blend of customer care and professional excellence. You’ll be able to build a rapport with the new team, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and possess an ability to build strong relationships within the local community.
