We’re looking for two Optometrists to join our fantastic team (as well as DO’s & CLOs). We’re a community-focused store dedicated to ensuring that every one of our customers receives an excellent patient experience. We’re fully equipped with 5 test rooms, the latest clinical technology (including OCT), and a team of 20 (and growing) which includes fully trained optical assistants, so everything is in place to let you focus on what you do best.

What we’re looking for

You’ll need to be a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist with the drive, passion, and the willingness to build upon our customer-focused culture. As part of our team, you’ll need to be able to provide a unique blend of customer care and professional excellence. You’ll need to demonstrate good attention to detail along with a passion for the community. Teamwork also forms a big part of our culture, so the ability to work well with others is essential.

Portsmouth is the great waterfront City in Hampshire, with two universities. It’s packed with world-class attractions, fantastic things to do and a year-round programme of events. Come and work close to the UK’s only island city, explore miles of coastline and centuries of history. Sailing, surfing, hiking and mountain biking all possible within a few miles of the city.

Portsmouth benefits from two train stations with regular services into London Waterloo, the South West and the North. The motorway M27 links to the M3 and provides convenient access to the length of the South East.
