About the role
As a Part-time Accommodation Receptionist at HMNB Portsmouth, You'll be passionate about inter-communication and have our customers at heart of everything you do. You will provide reception services to contribute to an overall exceptional experience. Our admin colleagues run an efficient service for our clients. Join Sodexo and be part of something greater. You will be employed as a front-of-house accommodation receptionist working within a 24 / 7 / 365 reception. The roster includes both day and night shifts, with additional cover available as needed.
What you’ll do:
Being the first face, many will see, you’ll be an important role model when it comes to what great customer service will look like
Connect visitors and customers with the appropriate party while following all visitor management processes
Ensure delivery of 5-star customer service
Support with induction management, work-place support, hospitality, and meeting room connectivity
Communicate politely, always creating a memorable experience for our customers and visitors.
What you bring:
Excellent team ethos and superb communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure
Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will tick the box

Package Description- Part time position - 80 hours over the month
- £11.24 per hour
- Part of 24/7 rota, 12 hour day or night shifts. 05:30 - 17:30 or 17:30 - 05:30
- Example Rota - Week 1 Weds & Thurs Night Shifts, Week 2 Mon & Tues Day Shifts, Week 3 Mon Night shift & Week 4 Sat & Sun Day Shifts
