Purpose of role:

As a Cashier, you will work as a part of our team to provide an excellent experience to all our customers, assisting them in sending money abroad.

You may be required to work at a range of our branches so flexibility is needed.

Role details:

• Ensure customers receive an exceptional level of customer service.

• Supporting our customers to send money to different countries.

• Buying and selling foreign currencies.

• Cash handling experience.

Essential work skills:

• Fluent in Bulgarian;

• Fluency in Turkish would be considered a plus;
• Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal;

• Money handling experience;

• Be able to work independently as well as part of a team;

• Work calmly under pressure;

• Strong numeracy and computer skills;

• Being attentive and patient;

• Flexible;

• Strong time management skill;

• Willingness to learn.

This role requires flexible working, including weekends. 40 hours per week across five days. The rota is provided two weeks in advance. A travel allowance is provided for zones 1 to 3.
