Our Account Management team at Sky Creative manage projects and campaigns for the UK and European markets across multiple business verticals. We’re looking to bolster our senior ranks with a Senior Account Director to assume a leadership role within the Sky TV Products team. You’ll be in the driving seat for some of the biggest projects, partnering with senior partners and leading teams to plan and deliver brand, growth and customer communications campaigns for TV products such as Sky Glass and Stream.

What you'll do:
- End to end leadership on the most high-profile and business critical Tier 1 briefs as well as having oversight of the status of projects which are being ran by the team.
- Deputise for the Head of Business, assisting with the running of the team and retained scope of work plus improving and implementing processes.
- Support the Account Directors and Account Managers in their day-to-day roles as an escalation point as well as a sounding board, to help them navigate the more complex issues within their projects.
- Be a key influencer and partner with internal and external teams to lead projects and deliver campaigns through Sky’s integrated outputs.
- Distil complex creative and business challenges into simple narratives and sell them in at Head of Department level and above that help achieve business goals.
- Present in a confident manner, manage feedback effectively and negotiate in a pragmatic way when required, while driving for clear and consolidated feedback.
What you'll bring:
- 7+ years of Account Management experience in leading high-profile, large-scale campaigns and projects that encompass either TTL advertising, brand and design, digital first campaigns and projects.
- Passion and enthusiasm for the power of creativity to help solve business problems with an ability to input strategically on briefs and influence the creative development.
- Leadership qualities; setting an example for the team and supporting their professional development.
- Good commercial understanding and proven experience running projects and accounts to budget and time.
- Thorough understanding of the time scales involved in creative development and delivery – managing internal teams to support and deliver on time and to the required standard.
- The ability to maintain a high-level, customer-focused, strategic outlook but get into the detail when an issue requires it.

Sky Creative is Sky’s European Brand and Creative hub providing Brand Strategy, Brand Design, Advertising, Promotions, Broadcast Creative and Digital Design for multiple stakeholders across our European Markets.

Osterley:
