You’ll create and manage digital content for NOW’s help estate. The content you produce will help NOW Members find the answer they need, when they need it, across NOW’s help site, My Account and social media.
What you'll do:
- Create customer-facing digital content for NOW’s help site using our service tone of voice.
- Work with team members across NOW to react to business change that will impact the customer experience, and in turn the support journeys we offer members.
- Introduce innovative ways to better help our members in our support journeys and beyond, driving our core critical metrics in service and sales.
- Influence the customer experience by recommending improvements to copy, web assets and planned communications in the wider NOW business.
- Produce content for internal communications and drive team knowledge.
- Using data regularly provide insight on how our support journeys perform and how we could improve our help assets.
What you'll bring:
- Shown experience in copywriting or creating online help content, with outstanding writing standards and ability to adapt to brand tone of voice.
- Experience of working collaboratively in-person, or remotely, on a range of shared objectives and projects.
- Previous experience of analytics (ideally Adobe) to analyse digital performance.
- Experience of working with current web standards and the ability to edit basic web code.
- Desirable - German and/or Italian language skills.
- Desirable – skilled in creating/editing digital imagery using Adobe Creative Cloud.

Your office base:
Osterley:
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
