We’re hiring HR Interns!

If you are at university doing a Human Resources Degree or undertaking further studies, read further.

Sharper Labs HR and Legal Consultancy is offering work experience within our HR Department, to students who are doing undergraduate or postgraduate studies.

Applications from interested candidates are welcome who are looking for internship during 2023.

We will ensure that you are allocated with a supervisor who will set achievable objectives and will work with you throughout your internship programme.

This would be key to achieving great work experience and you will be able to enhance additional skills needing to land a suitable job role in future.

· Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.

· Support HR executives in organising various projects.

· Conduct market research and analyse employee reports / Feedbacks.

· Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.

· Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.

· Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management.

· Maintaining HR records up to date.

· Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.

Requirements: -

· You should be studying for a degree in a relevant discipline e.g., Business or Human Resources.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Confidence, creativity and initiative to put forward new ideas.

· Attention to detail.

· Have the ability to learn new systems quickly.

· Ability to analyse data and keep to deadline.
