Hello, we’re Severn Trent Services a commercial arm of the Severn Trent Group. We provide water and waste services to companies nationwide, including the MoD and The Coal Authority.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
As our Field Technician you will be responsible for maintaining, assessing, and diagnosing issues with the water service or sewerage treatment process covering an allocated region.
Some of your key accountabilities will be:
Undertaking day to day inspection, repair and maintenance of water and wastewater assets to defined internal quality standards.- Deliver a high level of customer service.
- Provide quality daily job feedback to identify follow on work to minimise the avoidable failures for water quality.
- Provide support to both customers and colleagues.
This role dictates that you start from home and work across your allocated region so a full UK driving licence is essential.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

Salary of up to £28,000 (dependent on experience)- Annual bonus scheme of up to 15% of your annual salary, based on company performance)
