What’s the opportunity?
As a Flooring Home Surveyor you will visit our customers in their homes, help them pick the right flooring, measure up and process their orders while providing the best possible customer service!
This role covers Livingston and Edinburgh surrounding areas
What does the role involve?
- Visiting customers in their homes, measuring up and helping them decide on the right flooring and providing them with a cost
- Communicate with the sales team in store to process orders
- Working with the sales team to deliver sales targets for the showroom as well as for you personally
- Helping to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them

And if you’ve got a knack for making customers smile, can work confidently on your own or within a team environment, have buckets of energy and motivation, then we think you’d be perfect. We can teach you how to measure and give you the knowledge you’ll need to be able to advise our customers on our great products so you’re able to provide our customers with the best possible service!
While experience in a similar role would be an advantage, it’s not a game-changer – personality and the ability to learn new skills is just as important!
We’re looking for the following qualities
- Experience within a customer facing role
- Full driving licence and your own vehicle
- Flexibility and the ability to work across the week including evenings and weekends
- Confident and comfortable visiting customers in their homes
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working to targets
