Position Statement:
As Spa Therapist you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out the full range of ESPA 5* portfolio which includes massage.
- Providing an efficient and professional level of guest service.
- Presenting a professional image to all guests in line with the ESPA and brand standards.
- Upselling all Spa products and services.
- Carrying out Reception duties as and when required within the Spa.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum requirement – NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrable guest focused approach, with a passion to deliver 5* customer service.
- Exceptional treatment standards with passion for holistic treatments.
- Be a team player who can motivate others and lead by example.
Desirable Requirements:
- 1 year of classic Beauty Therapy e.g manicures, pedicures, waxing.
- CIDESCO or CIBTAC qualified.
- Previous experience of working within a guest focused environment.
