We are looking for a Key Accounts Administrator to join our Direct Sales Team at our Aylesbury office. This position is office based 5 days per week, Monday to Friday and you will be part of a hardworking, fun and enthusiastic team.
About the role …
As a Key Accounts Administrator, you will manage all admin aspects of Key Accounts, working closely with the Key Accounts Coordinator and Key Accounts Manager. You will build strong customer relationships to identify and maximise all sales opportunities to grow, develop and retain key business.
Key Responsibilities …
- Process all equipment orders with support of Key Account Managers
- Analyse customer spend and run relevant reports to support Key Account Manager with identifying opportunities within existing accounts to maximise consumable spend
- Provide price comparisons upon request
- Process Sales Orders
- Develop sales reports to enable forecasts and average consumption to be analysed and shared with Supply Chain
- Maintain accurate customer records and visibility of progress
- Provide feedback to support Supply Chain in better stock availability for Key Accounts
- Research into potential new customers
