Front of House - Maidstone

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at RUSH, Front of House in our Maidstone salon. We are looking for a senior/experienced front of house team member to work 3 days a week.

We are looking for individuals who want to become a valuable member of a salon team, managing the front of house, providing support to the hairdressing team and delivering outstanding customer experience to all clients at key touchpoints.

As a FOH at Rush, you’ll be a valued role at the heart of day-to-day salon life. You’ll be the face of the salon; you’ll respond to customer care, and you’ll set the scene for every client that enters and leaves our salons.

To succeed in this role, you will be centric, proactive, able to multi-task and have a positive can-do attitude. You’ll strive to provide the very best client experience and support your salon manager in the overall operation of the salon.

More about you;

• You’ll have previous experience within a front of house or receptionist role
• You will play a crucial part in the day-to-day running of the salon columns, ensuring they are running smoothly and effectively
• You will have a natural engagement with all clients and visitors, being the warm friendly welcome to the salon, ensuring every client feels special and excited to return
• This role can be very fast-paced and you will find yourself multi-tasking, you be efficient while maintaining a high level of service at all times
• You’ll have experience of social media and happy to take ownership of the channels as another client touchpoint
• You’ll be a key support to improving the overall performance of the salon
• You’ll maintain the salon to a high standard from answering the phone in a timely manner, to product and business knowledge, and you’ll ensure all clients are looked after in the RUSH way
