The Person:

• This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join this Award- winning business.

• An Experienced Recruitment Consultant who is eager to learn and progress, has excellent relationship-building skills and is self-motivated with a desire to succeed and share in the success of the company.

• Desirables would be someone who has experience of Rewards & Analytics recruitment or from a Private Sector background in Recruitment.

• If you have interim experience this would be very desirable.

• Need to be a relationship builder, this is a very relationship driven environment. Someone confident, down-to earth with a keen sense of humour!

The Role:

• Roles in Rewards and Analytics are in the region of £60-120k.

• Network driven, leveraging off internal connections.

• Establishing strong relationships with clients and new ones to the business

• A desire to grow the desk further and cross sell with other parts of the business.

• Scope to develop your career to Director level or Managerial level

• Utilising an established and warm C&I client base

• Working in a 360 capacity

• Great management
