We are looking for a passionate and experience General Manager who is hands on, authentic, independent and of course, LOVES pizza! Our Division Street based Pizzeria is fast paced & fun, so we need a managers to be the same!
We're after someone who has;
- Previous management experience from a predominently dry led venue
- Experience of building an energised and engaged team via 1 to 1s, setting targets, training & of course running our La Famiglia nights
- A fiercely independent nature & who knows their burrata from their bufala
- A passion for food who loves learning new things
- Experience in a busy fresh food environment
- & who knows all of the usual financial & people stuff!
Who we are
Rudy’s started life in Manchester. Our vision was simple, great pizza for everyone. Fresh dough made on site daily, the finest Italian ingredients and just 60 seconds in the oven. Perfetto!
From pop ups to pizzerias, this vision is still at our heart, and we recreate this magic in every one of our restaurants – now we want you to be a part of it!
