Location: 48-50 Main Street, Coatbridge, ML5 3AE
The role involves:
- Watching and monitoring the store ensuring customers have a great experience.
- Serving customers and being responsible for cash handing / card payments.
- Assisting with stock control and management within the store including accepting and checking new deliveries, re-stocking shelves, rotating stock, date checking and ensuring the store is fully stocked at all times.
- Providing general advice and guidance to customers on shop products, services and offers.
- General cleaning and housekeeping within the store.
- Awareness of security in the store including looking out for shoplifters, fraudulent money and fraudulent bank cards.
About you:
- Previous experience within a retail environment preferred
- Fully flexible to work a variety of shifts
- Willing to provide support and cover for holidays and sickness when required
- A passion for delivering world class service
- An excellent work ethic and ability to use own initiative
- A positive attitude and professional demeanor
- A friendly and engaging personality
- A strong desire to learn and develop
Salary:
Up to £10 per hour
