RSW have great pleasure working with our client based in Kenfig. They are looking for a number of packers to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. The role will initially be packing but could then progress to machine operator once trained.
The Role:
- Packing products into boxes ready for distribution
- Stacking boxes
- Can be fast paced
- Shift pattern - 4 12 hour shifts days, 4 rest days then 4 12 hr night shifts
The Candidate
- Able to work the above shift pattern
- Previous experience in a similar role beneficial
- Driving license preferable due to shift start times and location
