Product Governance Analyst

Location: Remote Working available - UK only

We are currently recruiting for a Product Governance Analyst to join our established and experienced Customer & Operational Risk Management Function here at RSA.

Your role

A key and varied role, working with both the Personal and Commercial Lines Businesses, to build capability in meeting the FCA’s Product Governance Requirements.

You will work closely with the Product Governance Leads, supporting the Business’ with the operation of the Product Governance Framework and providing guidance on the processes within it.

You will support the Product Governance Leads with other day-to-day activities such as designing training, creating and updating relevant documents to support Product Governance processes and understanding incoming volumes from the Business to assist with Team priorities.

About you

You will be customer driven with previous experience in a role where customer outcomes are key.

Knowledge of the FCA’s Product Governance Requirements and the Insurance Sector is desirable.
