We’re a Birmingham-based agency helping B2B technology and consulting companies drive predictable growth in their organisations. Although we’re born and bred in Brum, we work with clients all over the UK, and even as far afield as Malaysia, the US, and Singapore.
We’re called ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment) for a simple reason, we think marketing should have a real, tangible impact on a business’ bottom line. And the best way to do that (at least for B2B tech companies) is through a combination of digital marketing and thought leadership, supported by the best marketing tech. As a result, most of our clients programmes are made up of lead generation, account-based marketing, content creation, and HubSpot implementation and support.
Our team is made up of ex-client side marketers, digital marketing pros, content experts, and design buffs who combine their individual brilliance to produce real results for our clients.

Job description
About the role:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll help us deliver effective digital marketing programmes for our customers. The varied and exciting role will involve implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including email, social media, SEO, PPC, and marketing automation.
Most of our clients use HubSpot, and we're a HubSpot Platinum Partner, so a big part of the role will be helping clients make the best use of this tool. Some experience with HubSpot will be a big advantage as a result.
