Job Title: Direct Dispatch Co-Ordinator

Location: Sutton House, Berry Hill Road, Stoke-on-Trent ST4 2NL
We have a fantastic career opportunity to join our Direct Sales Team at RKW, Europe’s leading distributor and manufacturer of small domestic appliances and housewares products. Part of the Sutton Venture Group, RKW was established in 1989 and has grown from strength to strength. Responsibilities and Duties
- Order Processing
- Taking ownership of designated accounts working independently
- Product set up
- Arranging returns/credits and replacements
- Setting up and monitoring pricing
- Dealing with general customer queries via telephone and email
- Using customer portals for downloading orders and managing stock
- Liaising with internal departments and account managers
- General day to day housekeeping of accounts
- Supporting other members of the team to cover holidays/absences and to achieve deadlines
About you
- Have previous administrative experience
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- A keen eye for details
- Have excellent computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft office & excel are desirable)
- Be able to take ownership of their own workload
- Have time management skills
- Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Be flexible and eager to learn
