About the role
You’ll be part of an immensely skilled and ambitious tech team and have the opportunity to experiment and push the boundaries of what's technologically possible. You’ll work in cross-disciplinary and highly agile six-week Product Cycles where your responsibilities will include architecting and implementing new features, writing clean and efficient code, debugging and fixing issues. Additionally, you will have the chance to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices, contribute to process improvements and help drive our development processes forward.
About you

You’re a creative problem solver, possess advanced technical skills and can communicate effectively with all stakeholders - technical and non-technical.
You thrive in an environment of relaxed intensity, with a collegiate attitude and positive outlook, and you have a proven history of creating impact.
You have extensive experience designing software architectures for scalability, reliability and performance, have solid skills in full-stack web development, REST API, QA and CI/CD pipelines - and you possess excellent skills in agile methodologies and delivery at pace.
In addition, you’re adaptive and pragmatic, have the highest standards and have a passion for personal growth and development. You care about pushing others to achieve their goals, mentoring and coaching them to become engineers at the top of their game.
