Job Description

Renishaw’s Machine Tool Products leads the market in delivering innovative, high accuracy measurement solutions to CNC machining processes around the world.

Our patented touch trigger probe technology was first employed to measure intricate components for Concorde engines; today (and many iterations later) our products are the benchmark in high precision engineering for manufacturing hundreds of everyday items like mobile phones and laptops through to car and aircraft parts. There’s a good chance our probes were involved in the production of the device you are reading this text on.

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Product Manager within the team developing Apps for Smartphones, Windows devices and CNC controllers. The role will be based at our UK headquarters in South Gloucestershire.

As a Senior Product Manager at Renishaw, you'll hold responsibility for defining market position, pricing, and promotion of the product line along with managing its market adoption and product life cycle. The vast majority of our products are sold outside the UK through our global network of subsidiary offices, and as such the role has the potential to be diverse and exciting. The role may require travel overseas.

Location & hybrid working

We operate a hybrid policy which allows most employees to work from home for part of the week. Typically, the expectation is that this role would be based on site 3 days per week.

Person specification

The successful applicant will be well organised and self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision. They will also have effective decision-making and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels are essential.
