About the Role

As a FLT Driver, you will be performing all duties in the Site Supply Function within the Factory. You will be involved in loading, storage, rotation and receipt functions of Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Packaging, Waste, Raw Materials Ingredients, Colours and Flavours, and Pallet Stocks are undertaken to achieve the daily Site Supply plan. Your daily duties will involve:

As a Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver your main tasks and duties will be:

• Running effective operation of FLT equipment and palletisers.
• Cleaning lubrication and basic maintenance of FLT equipment and palletisers to agreed standards.
• Correct handling, storage of materials to Refresco standards, whilst minimising waste.
• Operating Materials Handling Equipment in accordance with Company MHE Standards
• Supporting the delivery of key performance indicators for the Factory linked to Safety, Quality, People, Delivery and Cost Standards
• Pro-actively identifying areas for continuous improvement within the work environment/equipment systems.
• Management of returns process/FIFO ingredients/pallet rotation and cycle count processes and audits.

Salary and Benefits

You will be paid £31,725.05 – this is inclusive of £22,626.24 (£10.36 per hour) base salary, shift allowance of £1,719.59 and a temporary supplement of £7,379.22 (£3.38 per hour) until Jan 2024. Your shift pattern will be 2 Days 2 Nights 4 on 4 off. In addition, you will have 2 x your annual base salary life assurance, a good company pension scheme, a sports and social fund and free on-site car parking.
