Realty Income is seeking an International Investment Analyst to join our dynamic team and help drive our continued success. In this role, you will have the chance to work on exciting projects related to real estate investments in the UK, Europe, and other geographies, playing a vital role in shaping and growing our international presence.
As an International Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for sourcing, researching, and underwriting potential acquisition transactions that meet our criteria. You will work closely with our Investment Committee and Board of Directors, creating investment memorandums, presenting investment opportunities, and participating in discussions to explain the investment rationale.
We are looking for a driven individual with an undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Business, Commerce or Finance, and two to three years of related real estate and modeling experience, along with experience underwriting real estate transactions, including corporate/entity-level deals, portfolios, and asset-level deals. Proficiency in Italian, Spanish, and/or French is preferred.
