RCP Parking Ltd is one of the UK’s leading car park operators, with a well-deserved reputation for quality, efficiency and customer focus. We operate car parks nationwide. Our well-run car parks across the country offer real value and great service to the many thousands of people who park with us every day.
We are currently recruiting an attendant to join the team covering our Norwich car parks. To start asap, anticipated to work 18 hours per week (3 shifts, Friday/Saturday/Sunday).
Responsibilities and Duties
Duties will include:
- To ensure the safety, security and service of RCP’s car parks, customers and property.
- To promote the image of RCP Parking as ‘The Friendly Car Park Operator.’
- To carry out relevant basic maintenance of payment machines and other company equipment.
- To keep the sites tidy and safe.
- To check that tickets/permits are valid and issue Parking Charge Notices to vehicles deemed to have parked in contravention.
- To assist customers to park.
