A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A (INSERT JOB TITLE HERE) AT (INSERT HOTEL NAME HERE)

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Guest Service Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.

You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and the hotel as a whole on nights. The right candidate will also ensure the highest levels of hospitality and service are always provided.

As Night Porter you will oversee the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise. This is a hands-on role managing the guest expectations and ensuring the standards of the brand are maintained.

As guests sleep sound in their beds, the Nights team keep everything running like clockwork. Your role as Night Porter will involve taking responsibility for administration including the night audit,security walks, you will welcome guests to the hotel in a friendly and helpful manner, ensuring that the public areas are kept immaculate

• Keen to work night shifts
• Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred
• Excellent communication skills with confident manner

This newly built three star Dunstable hotel is situated just 5 minutes drive south of Dunstable Town Centre in the picturesque Bedfordshire countryside, just outside Luton on the outskirts of London.
