Job Introduction

We are recruiting a Human Resources Coordinator to work as part of the Rapport team at one of our client sites. The client is one of the largest Audit and Consulting firm with it's headquarters in London.

In this role you will be providing the Rapport manager with HR Support, including on-boarding, personnel file management and recruitment administration. You will be supporting various projects and provide operations support to help maintain a memorable client journey.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for all HR related matters under the direction of the London Guest Services Manager, the Hospitality and Events Managers, Senior Head Chef and London Operations Manager
  • Support the recruitment process: writing job adverts, screening candidates, setting up interviews, provide interview feedback, ensure ATS (recruitment software) is up-to-date etc., liaise and work closely with the Head Office Recruitment Team
  • Use the HR Portal confidently: create new positions, onboarding, update employee details, off-board leavers etc.
  • Compile HR reports and statistics, i.e. absence, annual leave and more
  • Build and maintain all Compass personnel files: ensure all on-boarding and training records are complete, signed, dated and filed accordingly, including Induction and Training Record Card, risk assessments, other health and safety training, customer experience and online training
  • Onboard new starters: collect all relevant paperwork and submit Compass vetting
The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will:

Have a minimum +1 year experience in a HR related environment

  • Be upbeat and have a can-do attitude and a strong interest to develop in HR
  • Thrive for honesty, accuracy, quality and integrity at work
  • Be passionate about people and admin
  • Build strong relationships with the Guest Services Team
  • Be able to prioritise effectively
  • Have strong diary management skills
  • Have attention to detail
  • Strong IT and analytical skills, including MS Office
  • Be proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Have innovative spirit: constantly review current processes and make suggestions on how they can be improved
