Corporate Receptionist (BSCR)

We are recruiting for a Corporate Receptionist at an exciting contract for Rapport, based in London (Moorgate), but working closely with the teams in Manchester, Nottingham and Cambridge.

You will be based on the ground floor, working closely with the clients and also helping out with all things facilities. This is a great role for someone who is looking to learn and develop.

This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.

• To provide excellent service to clients and customers, ensuring all duties are carried out to the highest standard
• Stand to greet all guests / visitors, ensure eye contact is made within 10 ft of the reception desk
• Greet internal and external clients with a smile.
• Welcome and escort guests to meeting rooms, taking coats and luggage as required.
• Proactively deal with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately.

• Is able to create a positive and lasting relationships with all customers and clients.
• Able to act on customer requests and anticipate their needs.
• Can take every opportunity to improve my customers’ and clients’ experience.
• We are looking for someone with at least one year's experience of working in a customer facing role.
• Team Leader/Supervisory experience from different industries are a plus
