An exciting opportunity has arisen in one of our Homes for a Team Leader to join the team.

You will be responsible for taking a leadership role on a designated unit, reviewing and updating care plans, giving personal care to residents, administering medication and ensuring that social activities are provided during each shift.

You will hold both a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care and a Level 2 award in Dementia Awareness or equivalent.

You must have substantial experience of working with older people in a residential care setting and a real passion for leading and delivering outstanding care to our residents.
