Food Server Coordinator– Oakmoor Lodge Bushey

Full Time -Part Time

Usual Hours: 07:00 am to3:30 pm and 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Salary: £12.00 (weekday rate)- £12.50 per hour (weekend rate)

Quantum Care is a non for profit, award winning care provider who is seeking to recruit a Food Service Coordinator who can bring the right catering skills to enhance the mealtime experience of our residents at our new building in Bushey.

The right candidates will be based at our residential care home in Oakmoor Lodge in Bushey. The role requires working along a reputable external food provider, organizing the catering operation and provide a safe, nutritious and the best quality service to our residents.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Good knowledge of Health and Safety practices in the workplace, including food safety
• Have the ability to prepare, cook and serve meals, including special diets ( Training will be provided)
• Able to work on their own initiative with limited supervision as well as part of a team.
• Has previous experience of working in a catering environment
• Experience of communicating with people living with dementia and sensitive to the needs of older people
