At QA we are investing in growing our Agile training capability. It’s an exciting time to be part of the Agile Team as we invest heavily in the development of our delivery capabilities including our platforms, products and our people.

Your key focus will be the delivery of our Agile courses, both standard and bespoke content. Ensuring that our learners leave us with a sense of achievement and an improved capability for working in Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality learning events to learners at all levels
- Be a positive ambassador for QA
- Deliver learning and contribute knowledge in specialist areas
- Contribute to business success by driving the completion of learner evaluations and identifying and referring opportunities for improvement
Skills and Requirements:
Your technical skills needs to include the ability to deliver at least 4 of the following SAFe v6.0 courses:
1. Leading SAFe
2. SAFe Scrum Master
3. SAFe for Teams
4. SAFe Product Owner & Product Manager
5. SAFe Lean Portfolio
6. SAFe Agile Product Management
- Track record of a classroom, virtual training delivery will be advantage but it's not mandatory
- Demonstrates a good knowledge of developments in Agile methods and relevant curriculum areas and maintain knowledge and best practice in subject area
- Ability to apply theoretical understanding of effective practice in teaching, learning and assessment
- Plan activities/sessions that stretch and challenge learners of all backgrounds and abilities
