Responsibilities:
- Build 3D Revit/ArchiCad models for senior Architect
- Draw construction details for building regulations compliance and site teams
- Draft Design Access Statements and do awesome graphics
- Be highly organised
If you have a specific interest in sustainability and Passivhaus this would be an advantage but perhaps is not essential, provided you are content to be guided by the Lead architect and willing to engage the reasoning behind decisions that are made.
For this role familiarity & understanding of British Planning and Building regulations is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Graduate, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
