We are looking for a BARISTA to join the Pure family. This is a hands-on role, and you will be responsible for preparing our delicious 100% Arabica bean coffees (and all hot drinks) whilst providing great customer service. As this is an airport-based role, all the successful applicants are required to apply for an airport pass (Pure will pay for it) As part of this process you will be required to provide 5 years of references.
Working shifts:
Between 3am -10pm
What we are offering:
- Salary up to £ 13.90 per hr (including £1/hr weekly team bonus after completing your training and £1/hr sales bonus).
- Permanent contract (no zero-hour contracts at Pure!).
- £15 daily food and drinks allowance (£3600 worth of food and drinks per year).
- Up to 28 days of holiday and an extra half day every 12 months (up to 32 days).

Responsibilities:
- Preparing all the hot drinks according to the Pure standards.
- Providing an exceptional customer service.
- Training and coaching the coffee makers within the team.
- Monitoring and controlling the stock and waste levels.
