This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our amazing team, to help augment delivery across our DEG team.

Our team is embedded into various individual, mission-focused engagements working across a wide spectrum of technological and scientific challenges. You will be the face of our team acting as a focal point for the work being undertaken.

Some of the responsibilities of this role are:

• Help maintain delivery teams, keeping them motivated and focused on outcomes.
• Identify and communicate obstacles
• Manage project scope, deliverables, timing, capacity planning and budget across multiple workstreams
• Aware of project requirements and able to manage expectations
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to build the best solutions for digital product and services
• Play a dual role of client advocate and internal team advocate
• Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes
• Involve team at the optimal levels for project success and overall account utilization
• Lead efficient meetings and conference calls
• Clear understanding of budgets and financials

To be successful in this role you will:

• Experience in project management in a digital or product world
• High degree of customer orientation, communication skills and assertiveness, coupled with diplomatic skills and a confident appearance
• High level of initiative, goal orientation and ability to work in a team
• Excellent language skills in English
• Proficient in UML methodologies.
• Proficient PowerPoint / Excel skills
• You bring commercial and financial acumen to the development and delivery work streams.
• Knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is beneficial but not necessary.
